
ONE ON ONE
1 on 1 Training sessions are 1 hour in length and are designed based on the needs of each individual player. We focus on helping each individual improve their specific weaknesses and on perfecting their specific strengths.


POOL WORKOUTS
At T-JACKBasketball Training we go hard. With the fast-paced and intense regime we thought it beneficial to incorporate a refreshing change of pace for cardiovascular and muscle conditioning with minimal impact and low stress to the body. The resistance provided by the water requires the muscles to work hard while reducing the stress on your joints.


SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
With intense focus on conditioning, ball handling and shooting drills, we help each player to improve in their dribbling, passing, catching, shooting, rebounding and defending skills. In addition to helping players learn and practice these game skills,our method will get players in shape and improve their jumping, running, footwork, muscular endurance, aerobic capacity and anaerobic recovery.

AGILITY TRAINING
Every training session with TJBT incorporates agility trainging by using warm-ups such as cone and ladder drills to teach footwork and body mechanics with a strong focus on cutting and lateral movements.


GROUP TRAINING
Group Trainings are 1.5 - 2 hours in length. These fast paced sessions increase your players' vision, court awareness, and ability to create scoring opportunities while equipping them to handle pressure and score off the dribble. Sessions require a minimum of 6 participants with a maximum of 10 participants.
